The website is hosted on Lovable's managed platform with backend services (database, authentication, file storage) provided through Lovable Cloud. Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS in transit. Lovable's platform capabilities are described at docs.lovable.dev/features/security. Lovable platform features are operated by Lovable; our use of those features is our responsibility.

The website itself is fully public — no account is required to browse it. Administrative access (content editing, message inbox) is restricted to named staff accounts that sign in with email and password. Administrative role assignment is performed by an existing administrator and is recorded in our database. Leaked-password protection is enabled, so passwords known to be compromised in public breach datasets are rejected at sign-up and password change.

When you submit the contact form on the homepage we store the name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you send us. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are kept in our database and are visible only to administrative staff. We do not sell or share these submissions with third parties for marketing purposes.

Product information, store locations, certificates, and other content shown on the site is stored in our database and edited by staff through the admin panel. This content is intentionally public.

The site uses a small amount of browser storage strictly for site functionality, such as remembering your preferred language and keeping an administrator signed in to the admin panel. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the public website.

If you submitted a message through our contact form and would like it removed, or you have any other privacy-related request, please contact us using the channels listed on the homepage's contact section. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
